2. Orders & Customization

• All pieces are made to order and customized per your selections.
• A final proof of your medallion will be sent via email for approval before production begins.
• Once approved, orders are final and cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in US dollar based on the price of gold and may be subject to change without notice.
• We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods at checkout.
• Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

4. Production & Shipping

• Each piece is made to order; once an order is received, medallions take 2-4 weeks. Companion pieces take 2-3 weeks
• Shipping times vary based on location. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  
• Please note, international customers may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery, which are determined by local customs authorities.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the personalized nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.
• In the rare case of a defect or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

6. Warranty & Repairs

• Our jewelry is crafted to the highest standards. We offer a 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects.
• Repairs outside of warranty may be available for an additional fee.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Objett Jewelry. Reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
